Back by popular demand! Discover why this workshop continues to sell out.

Join Hang for an engaging 2-hour experience that bridges the latest understanding of fascia with the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). With her unique ability to connect modern Western anatomy and movement science with Eastern healing principles, Hang makes complex concepts practical, relatable, and immediately useful.

Learn why tension keeps returning, how fascia influences posture, mobility, pain, stress, and even headaches, and discover simple self-care techniques to restore ease throughout your body. You’ll also explore how fascia release complements acupressure, meridians, and emotional wellbeing through the lens of TCM, giving you a deeper understanding of your body’s interconnected systems.

Leave with practical techniques you can use every day to move with greater freedom, release chronic tension, improve flexibility, and cultivate a healthier, more resilient body from the inside out. A fascia release ball is also included in the workshop so you can start your self-care journey right away.
