STUDIO330 CANCELLATION POLICY

Class cancellation/No Show:
To avoid loosing your class pass, you must cancel your reservation 4 hours before the start of class.  If you cancel less than 4 hours, you will loose your class pass.

If you have one of our monthly or annual memberships and you cancel with less than 4 hours before the start of class, you will incur a late cancellation fee of $10. This will be charged to the payment information on file.

Private/Semi-private class cancellation:
Private, semi-private require 24 hour notice to avoid cancellation fee.  Cancellation fee may be the full cost of the service.

Workshop/Event Cancellation:
Request for cancellation must be made with 24 hour notice and will only be refunded 50%. However, we will honour a request for a transfer to another person.

Cancellation of workshop/event/ or class by Studio330:
If Studio330 cancels a workshop / event or class then a full refund will be applied.

Membership Cancellation:
You can cancel your monthly or annual membership from your account within PunchPass. Cancellations must happen before your renewal date, once your payment has been processed the membership can not be reversed for that period.

Of course, if there are unique circumstances, email to discuss at [email protected]. Please note there may be an administration / processing fee if charges need to be reversed.

Expiring Passes:
We all know life can happen and sometimes we can have trouble finding our mat. If your passes are coming up on expiry we can extend your current passes if your purchase one of our 5 or 10 class pass (please email the studio so we can track your purchase and apply the new expiry date to the existing passes)

Transfer Passes:
We also understand that sometimes we offer some amazing membership options and you still have a few remaining passes and may want to gift them to a friend. Reach out to us via email and we can work with you on making someone’s day! (Transfers need to happen before expire date)

Outstanding Balance:

If you have an outstanding balance on your account from previous unpaid classes or late cancellation fees, you will not be able to schedule a class until the balance has been paid.  If you believe there has been an error, please email [email protected] and we’ll work together to get the issue corrected.

STUDIO330 SERVICES:

Complimentary Services:

At STUDIO330, we want your whole experience to be easy & relaxing. We have all the needed blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters, balls, bands and weights and mats for each class, regardless of how many people are signed up.

There is always filtered water available to fill your water bottle.

At the end of your class, enjoy our complimentary Studio330 Mat Cleaner.  Our mats support us during each practice; the least we can do is clean them once in awhile!

Plus, you’ll find complimentary menstrual products in the bathrooms. (If you need a hair elastic, ask the teacher or the person at the desk)

STUDIO330 ETIQUETTE

We want everyone to have the best possible experience at Studio330. Here are a few simple guidelines to help keep things running smoothly:

Arrive On Time (or a Little Early):

Try to arrive about 10–15 minutes before class, especially if it’s your first time. This gives you time to settle in without rushing.

If you’re running late, we get it—life happens. Just be mindful when entering and wait for an appropriate moment so you don’t disrupt the class.

Please note: if there is no front desk staff, the doors may be locked at the start of class, and we can’t guarantee late entry.

Be Mindful of Shared Space:

If you arrive early and a class or session is already in progress, please wait in the front area and keep voices low.

Our studio rooms are calm, quiet spaces meant for movement, rest, and focus. If you’d like to chat or connect with others, we encourage you to use the front lounge area.

Stay for the Full Class:

We encourage you to stay for the entire class. The final rest period is an important part of your practice.

If you do need to leave early, please let your instructor know ahead of time and exit before the final portion of class begins.

No Phones or Bags in the Studio:

Please leave bags and personal items in the cubbies provided.

Phones, watches, and devices should be on silent and kept outside the studio space.

Shoes Off at the Door:

Please remove your shoes upon entering. Indoor-only shoes are welcome, just be mindful of others’ space and mats.

Let Us Know About Injuries:

If you have any injuries, limitations, or conditions, please let your instructor know before class. This helps us support you safely and appropriately.

Keep It Scent-Free:

To keep the space comfortable for everyone, please avoid wearing strong perfumes, oils, or colognes.

What to Bring:

We recommend bringing:

A water bottle

A towel

Your own mat (if you have one)

We do have mats available if needed, but bringing your own is always best.
