About the facilitator, Hang Nhan:
Hang spent over 20 years practicing and competing in mixed martial arts (MMA). It was repeated MMA injuries that closed her door to competition. It was also a huge blessing that initiated her Qi Gong and Yang Tai Chi journey in Canada and eventually in southern China in 2006 where she spent two years diligently deepening her internal martial arts practice in the Lohan system (Shaolin) of Qi Gong, focusing on cultivating Qi (vital energy) and improving health, vitality, and martial techniques.
To further her energy practice, Hang is a student and practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine acupressure and Thai massage, and a Reiki master. As an experienced school teacher, Hang’s teaching style is inclusive, lively and fun! Hang has also written a book called “Self-Defense for Women” from a woman’s perspective.
