Sound Bath – 2024/05/17

363 363 people viewed this event.

Immerse yourself in the gentle embrace of a Sound Bath that guides you into a parasympathetic state – the part of your nervous system responsible for rest, restoration, and rejuvenation. Each immersive journey of the Sound Bath series invites you to:

Soften, Ground, Release and Connect.

Vibrations from an array of carefully selected instruments become a delicate massage for all your cells, tissues & organs, stimulating circulation and the release of toxins. Emotions find their own melody, rising and falling like the tides. Memories and thoughts rise to the surface to be enveloped by the sounds and then allowed to drift away. The experience invites you to surrender to the waves of sound, slowing down the breath, and allowing the body to relax.

You’re offered a space to simply be, with invitations to follow along with guided imagery and meditations.

As the Sound Bath gradually concludes, you’re guided back and have the opportunity to connect with others or quietly be on your way.

What to bring?

  • Your own mat if you like, we do have mats available for a $1 cash donation
  • Water bottle
  • Your own props if you like, however the studio has bolsters and blankets for you to use as well
